2. Posting & Managing Requirements

Post Your Requirement

Posting a project on WpCircle is the fastest way to get your WordPress issues resolved. Our guided form is designed to help you provide the exact information a developer needs to give you an accurate bid.

1. Select Your Project Type

Choosing the right category helps our matching system notify the most relevant experts.

  • Bug Fix / Tweak: For quick fixes, CSS changes, or resolving specific errors.
  • New Feature: For adding brand new functionality (e.g., a new contact form or a custom slider).
  • Full Website Build: For starting a project from scratch or a complete site redesign.
  • Monthly Maintenance: For ongoing support plans, updates, and security monitoring.

2. Crafting Your Task Title & Description

  • Task Title: Be concise but descriptive. (e.g., “Fix WooCommerce checkout spinning wheel” is better than “Store help”).
  • Detailed Description: Use our rich text editor to explain your issue. Mention what happened, any recent changes you made, and what the ideal end result looks like.

3. Required Skills & Project Details

  • Required Skills: Select from our pre-defined tags (like Elementor, Speed Optimization, or WooCommerce) or add your own custom tags. This helps experts filter for projects that match their specific toolkit.
  • Website URL (Optional): Providing your URL allows developers to inspect the site and provide more accurate time estimates.
  • Estimated Budget: Set a realistic price point for your project. Remember, you can negotiate this later during the “Chat & Interview” phase.
  • Urgency Level: Define your timeline (Standard, Express, etc.) so developers know how to prioritize your request.

4. Attachments & Access

  • Attachments: You can upload up to 5 files (images, PDFs, or mockups). A screenshot of an error message is worth a thousand words to a developer.
  • Access Readiness: Checking the box “I am ready to provide WordPress / Hosting access if needed” signals to experts that you are prepared to move quickly, often resulting in faster and more serious proposals.
