To ensure a smooth experience, every project on WpCircle follows a standardized 7-step journey. This roadmap is designed to protect your time and your budget.
- Post Your Requirement: Describe your technical issue or project in detail using our “New Request” form.
- Shortlist Proposals: Review bids from experts, comparing their estimated timelines, prices, and professional profiles.
- Chat & Interview: Use our secure messaging system to discuss the project, ask technical questions, and ensure the developer is the right fit.
- Negotiate Milestones: Agree on a breakdown of work. The developer will send a Proposal Card outlining the specific steps of the project.
- Hire & Fund Escrow: Click “Hire” to accept the Proposal Card. You only fund the first milestone upfront, which is held safely by WpCircle.
- Review Project Completion: Track progress in your “Active Projects” tab. Once a milestone is delivered, you have the opportunity to review the work.
- Release Funds: Once satisfied, click “Confirm” to release the funds for that milestone to the developer and proceed to the next step.
